SWAM stands for Simple Web Account Manager and is a personal finance manager program written in PHP 5, available in English, in Brazilian Portuguese and in French. It provides a simple Web portal allowing every registered user to create his accounts, store transactions and display bank statements. Periodic transactions can be created from templates. SWAM distinguishes real and virtual transactions according to the fact that the transactions have been validated or not by the bank. If you are looking for more sophisticated features, I advice you to check out a complete finances manager software, else you can give it a try.

SWAM is using SQLite as embeddable database engine meaning that no external database is required. For more information, please consult the About SWAM page.
